Location was great. Room was good but be sure that you take one overlooking small street on the side because its very calm, otherwise you could be faced to restaurants and can be very loud. Have in mid that thare are rooms on ground floor, street level. But hotel is new and nice. Overall we will be back…

The staff was exceptional !!! Check-in was very pleasant. Reception was very helpful and provided a lot of information including a tourist map. We had to check out at 3 am and this was why we choose a hotel with a 24 hour desk. Reception arranged for a taxi and was exceptionally pleasant on check-out. Very nice layout of the room and bathroom. Great location only about a 15 minute walk from the train station and 25 euro taxi to airport.

Almost everything (99.9 %) was great! The location is very close to shopping, water front, museums and other interesting stuff. The staff was very accommodating, and we genuinely felt welcome. It's a 4-star hotel and it lived up to our expectations for a hotel within this category. We'd surely stay there, if we visit Malaga again.

I loved my stay in ICON Malabar. My room was everything it promised to be in the description and photos when I was booking it. Málaga is a nicely walkable city and the convenient location of the hotel meant that I was able to reach everywhere I needed on foot. My room had two balconies overlooking a pedestrian zone street so it was quiet at night (except for the Saturday night when the restaurant below was open, but that was managable). The facilities in the room were new and everything was perfectly clean.

Firstly, I thank the person in charge, Maite, for the reception staff. This is the first time I have received services, treatment, smiles, and assistance like what the hotel staff, especially Maite, did. Frankly, it is the best hotel out of all the hotels I stayed in on my trip, and all of this is because of the distinguished service, the distinguished reception, and the smile, and for their leadership of the person in charge, Maiite, and I consider this hotel. My favorite hotel in Malacca and I will return to it again

We drove here from the airport and the hotel provided perfect instructions to get to the nearby parking lot (just a 2 minute walk away). I was a bit jet lagged, but the hotel was prefect for my first night in Spain (my husband had been in the country the previous 2 weeks). We walked everywhere from our hotel, and felt safe doing so. Our room was comfortable and dark at night. In the morning, we flung open the windows to overlook the "alley" down below and saw a craft fair - it was great! Everything was easy, and comfortable.

Centrally located and super fresh, cool decor. Very bright and airy. I appreciated early check in and later check out. I loved the decor ! Nice breakfast, daily cleaning and complementary water on the arrival. Super helpful reception crew ! Fantastic enjoyable vacation and can’t wait to come back

By far the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever had in all the hotels I’ve stayed at! Great recommendations by Alejandro on where to eat and drink in Malaga, that were all exceptional and not on the tourist trail. Great breakfast and dinner staff (special shout out to Marion & Amin). Thanks also to Jose and Paula on front desk and the hotel manager who personally introduced herself to us and was lovely.
